As mentioned in our blog post a couple of weeks ago DMR Systems are now providing flexible and tailor-made training and teambuilding to our clients. Along with traditional classroom training we can provide mentoring solutions for new quality professionals and most excitingly sailing oriented teambuilding activities.
Teambuilding
Often a team has all the skills and resources it needs to function however there is a performance gap due to the team dynamics themselves. This can be a particular problem for teams that don’t meet frequently or are situated in two or more locations. We are thrilled to announce a partnership with our wonderful partners Ceuta Global Yachting, who provide sail and motor boat chartering as well as nautical training, operating in within striking distance of Malaga and Gibraltar airports. DMR Systems can tailor team-building activities aboard a beautiful new 41’ (12.5m) sailing yacht in the Mediterranean basing the training around sailing itself, or if you want a more relevant focus - quality management or business continuity (disaster recovery planning). Mentoring
What do we mean by mentoring? Interim quality management can be a costly option for a lot of companies, both large and small. Extra specialist resources are a common requirement when businesses are in growth phase, or when going through re-structuring or streamlining activities.
