So, what’s new for 2019?
EU MDR 2017/745 Medical Device Regulation.
Hasn’t DMR Systems already been offering MDR solutions?
Well… yes and no. It has always been available to our clients, but we have not marketed it to date. The last 2 years has seen us focused mainly on MDSAP and ISO 13485:2016 projects for our medical device clients. As most of you will be or should be approaching a baseline with these requirements our focus has switched to supporting you with the challenges of MDR. Whilst the management here have spent extensive time in training and conference understanding the complex requirements, we have also been busy building relationships with some extremely highly skilled technical individuals, and have forged new business partnerships with clinical evaluation and risk management service providers.
ISO 22301 Business Continuity & ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Solutions.
Why have we branched out into these management systems? Wasn’t the focus of DMR Systems Limited always quality management systems?
Well the answer is simple, and we believe; highly logical. As businesses become more global and rely more and more on electronic systems and digital data, An increasing number of customers of our clients ask for some form of system covering these two subjects. Designing and streamlining current or new management systems to cope with two or more of quality, security and continuity disciplines makes good business sense due to increased efficiencies and positive differentiator in the market place.

Sometimes an organization can benefit more from mentoring and training than it can from simply brining in resource to solve a particular challenge or maximize a potential opportunity.
