In order to ensure our European clients seamless and cost efficient continuity in the event of a disruptive BREXIT, we have formed a sister company operating from Spain. Clients can now chose to deal with either DMR Systems Limited in the UK, or QONCEPT Management Solutions S.L. In the EU. Controlling shareholding of both companies being in the same hands.
All of our services will be offered by both companies so it’s up to you and your purchasing department to decide which organization to deal with. Existing clients will be contacted in the event of a disruptive BREXIT scenario to allow them to make the switch in their accounting and vendor management systems should they chose to do so. DMR Systems and QONCEPT will provide them with all the paperwork and help to facilitate.
Having a registered office in Spain will also allow us to leverage on our recently introduced exciting team building and training options already designated in Spain.
